Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Heer Thakur, every piece is crafted with care and made to order. Due to the nature of our production process, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests may be accepted within 1 hour of placing the order. After this period, your order enters the production process and cannot be cancelled.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take great care in quality checking every piece before dispatch. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with clear photographs and your order details.
We will review the issue and, where applicable, assist with a suitable resolution.
Minor variations in handcrafted garments, including slight differences in texture, color, embroidery, or finish, are considered part of the uniqueness of each piece and are not considered defects.
Made-to-Order Products
As our garments are created specifically after an order is placed, production begins after confirmation. This allows each piece to receive individual attention and craftsmanship.
